Each of our homes comfortably accommodates up to six guests. While we understand the joy of celebrations, please note that large, loud parties are not permitted. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels down, especially in the evenings, to preserve the tranquil atmosphere of the Ecovillage for all residents and guests.

Our kitchens are fully equipped for cooking during your stay, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, WMF coffee press, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, and more.

The nearest dreamy beaches, Gnarabub and Redgate, are both just a 15-minute drive away, offering stunning seaside vistas and perfect spots for relaxation or surfing.

There is a large TV available with Samsung Internet TV. Wi-Fi is currently provided via 4G connection.

All Birdnests run on their own solar power and captured rainwater. Our solar passive house designs maximize energy efficiency by utilizing the sun's natural energy for heating and cooling. The design includes strategic placement of windows, insulation, and building materials that absorb, store, and distribute solar energy. This ensures comfortable indoor climates year-round with minimal need for additional heating or cooling. Additionally, the houses are equipped with ceiling fans to enhance airflow and maintain a pleasant temperature. By harnessing natural resources, we create sustainable, eco-friendly living environments that reduce our carbon footprint and provide a comfortable living experience.

We do accept dogs! However, the Ecovillage has a 'dogs on leash at all times' policy and asks that dogs be kept indoors between 6pm and 6am to protect nocturnal marsupials and ensure a peaceful night's sleep for everyone. We kindly ask dog owners to adhere to the usual cleanliness and precautionary measures.

As in all of Australia, there can be dangerous or unpleasant animals here. However, there is no need to panic. By taking simple precautions, such as avoiding walking in tall grass, never swimming alone, and respecting local warnings, you can prevent unpleasant encounters. Stay alert and enjoy nature safely.

House cleaning is provided weekly (minimum stay of 7 days). Cleaning supplies are also available for guests to use as needed.

Our homes are smoke-free zones to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking outside as well, especially during the summer months, due to the high risk of bushfires in Western Australia. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep our environment safe and clean.
